Five clear stages take your idea from first chat to keys in your hand.
Stage of 05
We talk through your riding style, budget and inspiration, and agree the direction before a single bolt moves.
Concept sketches become measured drawings, so frame, tank and stance are settled on paper first.
Frames, mounts and one-off parts are shaped in our own workshop, measured twice and welded for a dependable fit.
Engine, wiring, paint and finish come together on the bench, then the machine is tested and fine-tuned.
On handover day we walk you through the machine, and we stay on call for service so it stays yours for life.
